We produce approximately 1 ton of fresh Champignon mushrooms daily on our farms. The majority of our production is sold fresh to ensure maximum quality. Additionally, we offer boiled Champignons upon request.

BOLETUS
At our company, we specialize in the careful processing of over 150 tons of Boletus mushrooms each year, with the quantity varying by season. We offer a diverse range of high-quality Boletus products to meet the needs of our clients, all certified as BIO organic products.
Dried Boletus: Available in various classes, from Industrial grade to Extra class, ensuring that we meet different quality and budget requirements.
Frozen Boletus: We provide Boletus in Slices, Whole, and Cubes, all selected based on different sizes and quality standards to suit your specific needs.
Boiled Boletus: Prepared upon request, our boiled Boletus can be selected by class and size, tailored to your requirements.
CHANTHAREL
Our company processes over 100 tons of Chanterelle mushrooms each year, with volumes varying by season. We offer Chanterelles in the following forms:
Fresh Chanterelles: The majority of our production is sold fresh, ensuring the highest quality and freshness for our customers.
Dried Chanterelles: We process 5-10 tons of Chanterelles annually into dried form, ideal for long-term storage and various applications.
Boiled Chanterelles: Available upon customer request, our boiled Chanterelles are processed to meet specific requirements.
MORELLS
We process between 5 to 10 tons of Morel mushrooms each year, depending on seasonal availability. Our Morels are BIO certified and offered in two forms:

BLUEBERRIES
